Our Pastor   Rev. Leon Blaise, Senior Pastor (Johnathan, Jeremy, Barbara, and Pastor Leon) Pastor Blaise has served as pastor at Moundsville Church of the Nazarene since July 2006. He grew up in Schenectady, New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy (Boston), Massachusetts and his Master of Divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. His wife Barbara, grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and has attended Mount Vernon Nazarene College (now University) in Mount Vernon, Ohio and Eastern Nazarene College. Rev. Blaise and his wife, Barbara, have two grown sons; Johnathan and Jeremy.  Johnathan serves in the US Army and returned in October 2011 from a year's deployment to Afghanistan. He has served one year each in Korea and Iraq, and three years in Afghanistan . He is a Blackhawk helicopter pilot stationed at Fort Drum New York. Jeremy completed his Bachelors Degree from Syracuse University double majoring in accounting and finance in May 2008. He currently is working for Lockheed Martin serving as a production manager in their Tampa, Florida and working on his master's degree at South Florida University.
